A floating pier....?
Here in Sweden people build rafts, put a gazeebo and a motor on it then ride along the river. They call it a "pier". I call it quirky....

Windmill Day at Bräcke Mill, Nyhamnsläge
Today was windmill day here in Skåne, which meant that they had Bräcke windmill open and running for the public.
