My mate at the golf club had a slight accident with his mobile...left it on the car roof while putting his golf clubs in the car, forgot mobile phone on car roof, drove off, mobile phone shot off car roof and was run over by another car. The phone still works! Full credit to Sony Ericsson for making them so robust. Wouldn't have had a chance with a Nokia! ;-)
It never ceases to amaze me!
My tee shot at the 2nd hole yesterday evening landed with a loud thud 5cm from the pin. The crater it left was quite impressive!
As Christel is demonstrating it was a total balls-up, for want of a better expression!
Don't sit there trying to look all cute and innocent, Christel, we all noticed that you took the biggest portion of cake and biscuits!
A little day trip to Denmark means nothing unless one tries the local food, even if it is just a glorified sandwich!
And the world smiles with you!
"Go on, eat me. Sink your teeth into my soft chocolatey centre. Feel how i melt in your mouth. You won't regret it!"
Oh yes i bloody will!
Marc Warren (SCO) wins the tournament after a nailbiting finish. Up in the VIP lounge now for the prize giving. It's been bloody hot today. Time to pick up my friends and go home!
Sat under the scoreboard at the 18th. Just waiting for the final balls in now. Can Karlsson swing it?
At the first hole. Peter sinks his birdie putt. Jesper Parnevik follows suit with his own birdie as well.
Watch Parnevik's birdie putt here
Handy for a big shop.
Putting for birdie but he missed.
This weekend is the Masters here in Sweden so i'm helping out. Keeping everyone quiet at the 8th hole is my job today.
Drove right into this lot on the way home from work...
I would not translate 'Ror-pinne i tra' as 'Wooden cocktail stick'! Since when did one stir one's coffee with a cocktail stick!
It's a sad fact of life that my tea mug always looks really grim! Soap and a scrub should fix it...
The peace and tranquility is just bliss. No elk here though. Just Swedes, Japanese business men and German tourists! :-P
The sign says "Please do not park your bicycles here"
Lunchtime after a good shopping trip to Malmo. Spending money doesn't half work up an appetite. Still you can't take it with you when you're gone. Life is to be enjoyed!
The ducks just keep getting bigger and bigger in this town!
Got my book, MP3 player and a big smile! Gawgeous!
Just a hop across the water to Germany.
...listens to music on a Sony Ericsson W850i (out soon!) B-)
Every year there's a festival here. The jousting tournament is about to start!
It's official, my position has been outsourced to an elk. I'm now employed as a fish filleter down at the harbour in Torekov...
The pizza parlour is packed out so we've placed our order and decided to wait here on the beach. Life is tough. ;-)
On my travels with work, full of a cold. I'm Knackered so it's chill time in the hotel room! Flying back to Angelholm tomorrow evening.
It's not easy being Sweedy
Out at the relatives now enjoying midsummer's eve. Tina put on a great bbq and smoked salmon. We are absolutely STUFFED! And I can absolutely recommend Innis & Gunn ale! Yum! *hick* :$
Had a big midsummer party last might down at the golf club. Played a round of golf too. Everyone was plastered by the end of the festivities! A few others took a dip in the swimming pool there. I was too chicken! No one there will be seeing my fat rolls up close and personal! :-P
Here's hoping for a good result tonight! However, if Germany lose or draw their match then I'll be cheering for Sweden!;-):-D
Christel baked it, I decorated it! ;-) Everyone else ate it! B-)
Our birthday party theme is the World Cup although Anja forgot her German shirt! The birthday cake turned out really well. Will blog that later.
Christel is left holding the baby and he's not too thrilled about it! :-P At least he didn't puke!
Another beautiful sunset,Swedish style!
